Dispatch Mapping Services
The Dispatch Mapping Services and Software contract allows participating entities to purchase analytics solutions and mapping applications for Public Safety Answering Points and 9-1-1 communications centers. Services include but are not limited to the following.
- On-demand reporting services for data analysis and operational efficiency
- Tactical mapping that integrates 9-1-1 call handling with GIS technology
- Computer-aided or cloud-aided dispatch solutions which enable data-driven responses across all disciplines (Law, Fire and EMS)
