Learning Management System (LMS)
A learning management system (LMS) is a software application for administering, documenting, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, materials or learning and development programs. Using analytical data and reporting, an LMS is designed to identify training and learning gaps and compliance requirements.
